Program Duration: Understand the program has a maximum duration of 6 months, after which support for profile marketing may be evaluated for extension.13. Milestone Achievement: Agree that progression to each new phase of the program is contingent upon successfully completing prior milestones.14. Limitation of Liability: RS TekSolutions is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from participation in the program or inability to secure employment.15. Amendments: Accept that RS TekSolutions reserves the right to modify terms and conditions, with changes effective upon notification.16. Dispute Resolution: Agree to resolve any disputes through mediation before seeking arbitration or litigation.17. Program Withdrawal: Understand withdrawing from the program for any reason does not entitle participants to a refund or compensation.18. Success Sharing: Consent to allow RS TekSolutions to use your success story in promotional material, maintaining privacy according to agreed terms.20. Job Offer Limitation: Acknowledge RS TekSolutions is not responsible if companies do not honor their job offers.22.
